In plain words: the signed proposal/quotation and service agreement govern our engagement; these portal terms summarise the standing points.

Scope & deliverables

Deliverables are those listed in your accepted quotation (visible in your Plan & Billing page). Changes are agreed in writing and reflected in the portal. Complimentary items are marked as such and carry no charge.

Fees & payment

Invoices are payable by the due date stated. Pass-through costs (advertising spend, data purchases, subscriptions) are billed at actuals plus the agreed agency commission — never silently marked up. TDS deducted under law is recognised against invoices on production of certificates.

What we do not promise

We commit to disciplined, transparent, professional work — market research per our published method, verified data, structured outreach and honest reporting. We do not and cannot guarantee purchase orders, which depend on factors beyond any agency's control. Any provider promising guaranteed orders should be treated with caution.

Confidentiality

Your business information is used only for your engagement and never shared with other clients. Mutual confidentiality is covered in the service agreement/NDA.

Termination

Either party may exit as per the notice period in the service agreement; work completed and pass-through commitments to date remain payable; your data remains available to you for export.
