In plain words: the portal is for registered users only; use it honestly, keep your login private, and respect that the intelligence inside is confidential.

Access

Accounts are issued by Elevate Sphere Solutions. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that misuse the system.

Acceptable use

No attempts to access other clients' data, probe security, scrape, or resell content. Client users may download and use their own workspace materials for their business purposes.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but the portal is provided 'as is'; planned maintenance is notified where possible. We keep regular backups.

Intellectual property

Portal software, research methods (including the M1 method), templates and non-client-specific content are the property of Elevate Sphere Solutions. Reports delivered to a client are for that client's use.
