Code of Conduct & Research Ethics

Draft prepared 27 July 2026 · pending advocate review — wording may be refined after legal review.

This is the page our competitors don't have. It is our research method's public promise — the standards every Elevate Sphere study must meet.

Evidence over impression

Every number we present can be traced to its source. Verdict-driving numbers rest on at least two independent sources, or we say so.

The field-truth rule

No market study is delivered on desk data alone — we speak to real importers, forwarders and institutions in every market we recommend.

Honest verdicts

We recommend against markets as readily as for them. A defensible 'NO' saves our client money and is priced and presented with the same care as a 'GO'.

No guaranteed-orders promises

We never promise purchase orders to win business. We promise method, effort and transparency — visible live in each client's portal.

Transparent money

Third-party costs are billed at actuals with our commission shown as its own line. Complimentary services are marked, valued and charged at zero.

Data care

Client information is isolated per client, never traded, and available to its owner for export at any time.
